- 3 cups Almond or Maida flour
- 1 cups butter
- 1/4 cups granulated sugar (Sugar free)
- 2 tablespoons Matcha tea powder
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Keep baking tray with parchment paper dabbed with butter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix Matcha and water in a very small bowl. Stir to combine.
Use an electrical mixer to cream butter and sugar free sugar together.
Add Match powder together with vanilla. Slowly add flour until well combined.
Roll cookie dough & wrap in plastic. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Use cookie cutter to make design or shapes.
Bake for 15 mins & Dust with powder sugar and serve.
