Cauliflower Ghee Rice (Keto Friendly)

  • Ghee- 3 tbsp.
  • Cumin (Jeera)- 1/2 Tsp.
  • Cinnamon- 1/2 inch 1 piece.
  • Cloves- 4.
  • Cardamom (Elaichi)- 2 pods.
  • Nigella aka black caraway aka kalaunji seeds- 1/2tsp.
  • Onion- 1 small, chopped.
  • Salt- 1/2tsp.


Wash cauliflower, pat dry, whiz within the food processor. May also use grater to grate cauliflower equally. Build enough for four cups.

Dry roast cauliflower on medium heat merely enough to induce the excess wet away — don’t let it modification color. Take away from pan and put aside.

Heat the clarified butter within the pan. Add Jeera, Cinnamon, Cloves, ElaichiKalaunji (Ignore any spice you dislike).

Add onion, fry on low heat till onion starts to brown and Add salt as required.

Toss cauliflower back to pan, toss until mixed well. Serve hot!
